On 10/3/contacted Mr[redacted] for plumbing services in the bathroom of my homeAfter inspecting the job, he assured me he could make the necessary replacement/repairsA check was written to him for the partsWhen he stated that all repairs were complete on 10/07/17, at which time I paid him for the labor.After several failed attempts, to reach him because the job is not complete (not readily apparent until the water company turned the water on again)Broken promises to make good on the repairsCalls & messages have gone unreturned unreturned, as attempted contacts have been logged Being on complete disability, my budget is limited & fixed At this point, I'm days without waterUnable to flush the toilet, it is a severe danger/hazard to my health
