I have had Tech Air out to my home several times over the last few years to work on my units I have units and get them serviced yearly and all were in the home when I purchased it One was most troublesome This unit had some small issues and then finally wound up with a leak in a coil, necessitating its replacement due to age They gave me an incredible price on a high efficient unit that has worked perfectly for a few years now and has helped cut my energy costs as well ( I also got a good FPL rebate due to the high efficiency rating) Now, for the last few years all my systems have worked perfectly! I don't know if that's because I have them come do a yearly maintenance and system check or not, but I feel this company is most professional, helpful and courteous and I have recommended them to all my friends and all my family is using them as well! If you want a great AC company, grab these guys, you will be impressed
