Tech and Soup

Review: The begining of January 2015 I had brought my Mac laptop that needed a sc teen repair to Luke at Tech & Soup. I had used him for my iPhone screen repair and he did a great job. He quoted about $450 plus tax. He asked for the full payment but I only left a 50% deposit. It was only suppose to take 2 weeks and it still hasn't been fixed. At one point I went to their office and they had packed up and relocated without contacting me. I have an email from Luke stating he has had additional problems and that I shouldn't have to pay any additional costs. I found out where they relocated and went to the office and they told me luke was on vacation. The last time I visited a month later they said the same thing. Then they said he was in school. I demanded my computer back and I tried it but it's still not fixed.Desired Settlement: I want a refund and the cost to have my computer fixed after they messed it up even more.
