Our company offers professional spaces along with convenient amenities for many businessesOne of the benefits of our membership is a mailbox for a company who may not have a specific business locationThe issues this company is complaining about are mostly out of our hands, but we did try to help and address all issuesThe first complaint is dealing with their mail being in multiple slotsThis is where our mailman comes in to playHe organizes the mail by business name, but also owner name, depending on how the mailer addresses the letterIf the mailer puts the business name, it goes in one area, and if they put the owners name it goes into a different areaAs far as the mail being left on the table or floor, we tried to address the issue as soon as we were toldI looked around and didn’t see anything, but the only situation I could assume that happened is that another company with the same slot took their mail out and put the rest on the tableAddressing the mail returned to sender, I have no control over that as that is strictly an issue with USPSI did wait around one day until our mailman came and addressed the company’s concerns with that and that issue was resolved at that pointNone of this was really in the TechArtista’s control, but I did address all the issues the best I could when they were brought to our attention
