This is a project that was done for at the ***e a friend to the company at cost as a favorWe would like to start by saying This bracket was never broken upon installation but some***e after installationAs another favor a replacement bracket was sent out that Mrs [redacted] claims she never received we have since sent them sets of bracket in they event they break another one they will be coveredThis has all been done at no cost to themWe would also like to point out that [redacted] is a very upstanding employee in this company and had he broken the item he would have informed both the client and [redacted] This is just an unfortunate issue that this Mrs [redacted] has blow way out of proportion Should you be reading this and would like references as to the workmanship Tech Automation can provide please contact us and we can provide many references for you to contactPlease don't judge us on this one angry person looking to get repairs done for free by blaming the wrong party
