Good Morning Ms [redacted] ,In response to the complaint Case number [redacted] November 9th at 11:am Mr [redacted] brought his [redacted] in for repair on Received by ***November 9th the part was orderedNovember 11th part was received Customer was updated on progressNovember 14th [redacted] was worked on, Customer was updated on progressNovember 15th Screen was replaced, however there was an issue with the home button Customer was updatedNovember 16th [redacted] was completed and picked up Customer paid $ [redacted] for repairNovember 16th Customer brought [redacted] in (not working correctly) [redacted] taken apart and put back together [redacted] was workingNovember 16th [redacted] was brought back in and not working Our tech asked him to complete another form (this is our policy) and we would bring it back in and correct the problem He refused to complete the form and stormed out and said he would see us in courtMr [redacted] did not give us the opportunity to correct the problem Instead of leaving the [redacted] and letting us correct the problem he tried to sue the owner personally We are a Corporation There is a reason Corporations exist We cannot fix an [redacted] that we do not have access to We stand by our policy to always make sure our customers leave with at least what they come in with August 13th Ed B [redacted] reached out to Mr [redacted] and asked him to come into the office to discus the issues August 14th Mr [redacted] came into the office and received a new *** This was not motivated by a Revdex.com filing or any other action Mr [redacted] just needed to give us the opportunity tomake sure he had at the very minimum what he originally came in to our store with It is our policy
