Took my Land Rover into this garage to have the following repaired. Water Pump, Thermostat Housing and a T-connection for tubing. Checked prices with Land Rover for parts before I paid at TCS. Land Rover prices were $328.76 for water pump, Thermostat Housing was 175.85, T-connection 10.86. Hourly labor rate at Land Rover is $130 per hour. Completed jobs were quoted by Land Rover as being 3 1/2 hours total. TCS tried to charge me $471 for the water pump, and did charge me $281.36 for the Thermostat housing and $12.80 for the T-Connection. Their labor charge is $125 per hour and they charged me for 4.3 hours.Ultimately, it would have been cheaper for me to take it to an authorized Land Rover dealer.
