Review: When [redacted] transferred me to them, I was told they would secure my IP Address. It looks like to me it was changed and new one may have been assigned. (?)

I have the same and now additional problems. My IP Address changed, now secured. They said my External is the same as IP Address and ports are open. I’m out of $319.99 and don’t know if my IP Address was secured or just changed?

The same problem that occurred when I called [redacted] has not changed, just my checking account balance. I’m no computer tech, but I know I did not get the services I paid for.

I spent over 20 hours allowing them to take over my computer without sucessDesired Settlement: I've sent 10 emails, all un-answered, left 20 messages on [redacted] no return calls, When I call [redacted] they keep telling me to check with my bank, refund issued 12/08/14 and it takes 7 - 10 days, they won't give me any tracking information, and referring me to [redacted], As I told them 10/01/14 I want my $319.99 refunded
