[redacted] they're cheaper for a reason because they are [redacted] and [redacted] at best I only went because my roomate recommended the place and laughed at me because I was going to pay more money to a reputable place I had an uneasy feeling walking in there the only thing wrong with my phone was that there was corrosion to my charge portHowever I decided to get my battery changed at the same time so my phone wouldn't have to be opened up again When I got my phone back I instantly noticed my LCD screen was very damagedAll colors were saturated and certain parts of the screen would not show up and the brightness could not be increased They tried to tell me it was water damagel any phone has never been damaged and the [redacted] technician on the other end of the phone was trying to say there was rust in the back of my phone They then changed there story to it was caused by the tiny hairline crack in my screen and kept asking me the time the crack got there the crack in my green has been there almost two years and has never affected my phone The technician then lied to me multiple times and said he didn't go through the front of my phone yet the damage to the pain on the front of my phone says otherwise If they went through the back my LCD shouldn't have been damaged Next they said there would be "¡minor scratches" to the back of my phonethe back of my phone now looks horrendous a year old could do better DIY at home job My battery wasn't glued down in place like it's supposed to be and finally my phone doesn't fast charge like it's supposed to with the new [redacted] cheap Chinese charge port they put it The whole time the guy wouldn't even let me speak he was just yelling over me because they knew they were in the wrongThey forced me to pay for it and the at was the last of all the money I hadthey've destroyed my phone [redacted] YOU PAY MORE FOR A REASON!
