Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: NO ONE including [redacted] could show me where my files were on my computer and since I STILL have not found them especially since Techdoctor alleges there is a shortcut I seriously doubt they ever transferred them in the first place. [redacted] never explained anything to me. He stood there like a lump on a log making me ask questions that he answered with one word answers. [redacted] told me the apparently wrong program to buy wasting my time ( it took three weeks to come in the mail) and my money. I certainly DID NOT come out on the cheap end in this matter. Techdoctors statements about my so called language are inaccurate to say the least. Before I merely wanted them to show me where the files are that they transferred. I see that this is impossible for them to do because they didn't transfer them but merely charged me for it. What A BIG RIP OF!
Regards,
[redacted]
