I brought my computer in to be fixed on October 26 to be fixed and paid a $50 fee. I called about it on October 30th and Nov 13th. We finally went down there on Dec 7 and they didn't know where it was or what they did with it. Now, they won't answer the phone.

Other (requires explanation) I want my computer returned to me. I did not authorize any further repairs. I paid a $50 fee which I would like returned. I will have it repaired somewhere else.
Hello, This is new owner of Tech Edge Ltd. I took ownership of this business on November 01, 2019. Respected customer had brought her computer before this change of ownership. She contacted us about her computer and we did respond promptly. We contacted the previous owner and asked him about this computer repair job. We also shared phone number of previous owner with the customer. Might he is not responding to customer's phone calls.
At last we found the computer, looked into it and came to know that many cables inside the desktop computer are cut which according to previous owner, customer is already awared of. We have contacted the custmer and told her to pick his computer and diagnostics fee $50 back from us.
