At first they were good, then my computer started having problems opening Word documents and a technician made the problems worse!! Now all my former Word documents are PDF files and those won't open either!!! I spend hours with them "fixing" my computer issues remotely, and I'm beginning to think I've been SCAMMED into paying $400 for a lifetime of service. They're going to drive me to an early grave and save money.

This is a total scam! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Tech did not represent that he was not with Norton until after they processed my payment of $200. They insisted on getting into my computer to download Norton Security which does not require brain surgery to install, and tech was snooping around in my personal folders. Started deleting files without my permission.

Unprofessional, untrustworthy, and rude!
