*** *** *** was using *** ** laptop in which she was having some problems; she got hold on us from one of search engine She stated that laptop is creating problem from past 2-years and she paid to many different companies to get it fixed, our technician told her that it would
also cost her money to get it fixed, she agreed to pay but on a condition that issue should be fixed first and then she will pay.Our technician worked on computer for almost one hour and fixed the issue, we sendservice agreement document to her via email and asked her to sign it online, customer was told that this is the copy of the proof whom she is paying (not ***) but Tech Knack IT Solutions and is a legitimate mandatory process/policy of our company in order to complete the transaction but customer refused to sign and said first she would like to read and asked us to call following day And we were agreed on it.Follwas done next day but customer said she is busy and didn’t get time to sign the documentAfter this, several attempts were made to get a hold on customer but all phone calls went unansweredFinally after few days attempts when we got a hold on customer, the customer said that she does not want to sign it, she was told from the beginning that this is a mandatory step and she has to go through it in order to complete the subscription and payment transaction process then only we can run the payment but she refused to sign the document which was also act as a consent form from customer which give us the confirmation that the customer is agree to pay what is stated on the documentSince this customer didn't sign the document we couldn’t able to charge her at all for the services she renderedSo at the end we just drop this customer and write off her received services as a “courtesy support” given to her by Tech Knack IT Solutions which is free of cost to the customers in necd and financially disableAnd since then she is no longer our customer neither we tried to contact her again. So at the end, she was never charged a penny for the services we rendered to her nor did we try to contact herThat’s all I have to say in this matter Please let us know if you have any more concerns in this matter We are happy to provide you any assistance you required in resolving this issue.Thank you

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
The remarks made in this response regarding my complaint are false.  I explained exactly what took place in my initial complaint and in my rejection of their previous response, which was the same as the current one. This company somehow hacked into my computer and created a pop-up message telling me my computer was full of viruses, malware, and other problems and errors.  It was impossible to close the pop-up message, which was accompanied by a loud alarm signal.  The only way to get rid of it was to call the 800-number in the message.  I called it to find out what was going on and to have the pop-up removed, and they said that they could remove the message and fix my computer.  Then they tried to get me to pay for this service, which I declined to do.  They created the pop-up, and then they tried to charge me for removing it by fixing all the problems they found--and they found many--hundreds of dollars worth of problems.  Since filing this complaint, I contacted [redacted] about it, and [redacted] told me it was a scam.  [redacted] and I found a file embedded in my hard drive, which they uninstalled.  This file came from the company I am complaining about.  I am registering this complaint because the company is fraudulent and is perpetrating a money-making scam by hacking computers.  They claim to be "[redacted] endorsed," which is untrue.  They use that to make people think they are part of [redacted].  They are extremely polite on the phone, they worked hard to get me to sign online documents stating that I approved of their work and asked them to fix my computer.  I refused to do this, and people from the company called me repeatedly about it.I had a similar experience once before, either from this company or another one like it, and there should be an alert about them so others don't fall prey to them.  I strongly suggest that the Revdex.com investigate these companies because they are likely scamming many, many people just like they tried to do to me.I will not accept any response from them as accurate, and I would like Revdex.com to register my alert.

Firstly, in previous statement customer mentioned that she has experienced similar problems from last 2 or 3 years but I woulde like to inform you that our company came into existence in 'march-2016, so we don’t have any idea whom she has called upon beside us and whom she has paid 2-3 times in past.Secondly, we do nót make any outbound or cold calls to any of our customers. Customer always reaches us to get their problems fixed. Moreover, we didn't approach her, customer wasthe one who made a call to us and asked for our services.Thirdly, we did not advertise our services in that manner she has explained nor we send any alarm sound kind of messages to her computer or anyone elses. I understand she is looking for the desired result as a FULL REFUND whereas we did not even charge her a single penny. As I have said earlier, since she had never given us her written consent to charge the fee, wenever went ahead and process anything for the services we have provided, and it all went to courtesy credit to this customer because our company does not process any payments without customer's written consent. It's a very strict policy we have which we all follow very religiously,Also, She has stated that we tried to scam her by claiming to be [redacted] whereas if we would have been scammers we wouldn't have ever asked her to sign any legal legitimate document in which it is clearly mentioned who we are and whom the customer is paying for the services, and that we are NOT representing any such brand. At the end, to rest my case I would just like to say once for all that if this customer can present a written proof, such as a copy of her credit card statement where it clearly shows that us "TECH KNACK IT SOLUTIONS” charged her a single penny in any way for the services that she is proclaiming about then I would be more than happy to make that refund. But if she couldn’t provide us any substantial documents then she should reconsider her claim and stop making such accusations without any concrete evidences to us and to any other professional entity in future. That’s all I have to say in this matter. Please let us know if you have any more concerns in this matter. We are happy to provide you any assistance you required in resolving this issue.Thank you
