Review: I paid $400 in 2 increments for technical support and a 3 year [redacted]. I was given 2 phone numbers one for my [redacted] - 800-456-7136 and a Tech support number [redacted] of which I called a few days later and neither were active. I was given an Invoice and and ID# [redacted] for the above. Since I couldn't contact them, I found a [redacted] number and they said they didn't work with these people for such warranties and that their warranties only cost $149. I paid for a warranty for [redacted] and tech support with invalid phone or other valid contact info.Desired Settlement: The company did help me with what they said was a virus, however, when I called the number given for the warranty or tech support, there was no number connected. I would like $200 of the $400 back from them as I only received half of what was promised and no way to reach them.
