I'm sorry I have asked over customer this particular situation and they told me I shouldn't give you any refundBut I was extra nice by doing thatYour one in a few and you broke your own phone againHere in denial and it's not my faultYou will not get any more refund I've already lost money on the repair and I'm not interested in using more money because you think you're going to threaten me in some kind of way against my businessOnce again Revdex.com is a fake organization that does nothing and does not work for the customer they just connect the business and the customer togetherHave a nice day

Sorry as stated before there are no refunds

Customer gave us a broken, non funcational iphone, which requires to be torn apart. Some items in the phone was corroded beyond putting back in the phone. As such not all items can go back into the phone.The phone was a total lose as the customer dropped it into the water. Apple... does not approve of third party repair and neither do they repair water damage phones. I do not owe the customer a dime as he agreedupon the Non refundable deducible as we have to spend multiple hours repairing it. I offered a repair solution out side of utah for free that would most likely repair it which he in turn refused the offer.He said and I quote "Do you think this is worth repairing" "I'll go buy a new one" ETC. So I considered this issue resolved.

You will not get a refund because you physically damaged your screenBut you say that you didn't do it that it happened during you putting it in the caseThis is why I will allow you to get it replaced at cost $This is a very acceptable terms and you would not expect to see this anywhere else
You will not get a full refund because you have broken your phone

I am rejecting this response because you yourself said yOu installed a defective part in my phone. How is that in any way, shape, or form my fault? I paid you to fix my phone which you didnt do. Not only that, but your website is full of false advertising (satisfaction guarantee, warranty on defective parts, etc). I see you're not a man of your word.
