Purchase [redacted] for trade in [redacted] At Need A car Sudbury [redacted] Complaint is I both this [redacted] with mechanical at this dealer and had heard some noise and had no heat in the rear and could smell the exhaust fumes so brought to [redacted] to get a second opinion so went to get a safety check and turn out that I have a long list of safety issues Rims exceed hub and fenders, Y pipe and resonator has holes they leak Parking Brake hanging dont work, Rear right and left side control arm bushing, valve cover leaking, Brake line rotting, no heat at the rear passenger Van heater hose is cut and bypass, Left rocker panel rotten, Right and left drive axle leaking grease, rear wiper broken, Burnt plate light and burnt side maker light, Beeping in reverse and flashing light and TPMS sensors so I call [redacted] just waiting for them to get involve and have a case number sad that they can sell a vehicle that is on safe for highway

Drove from [redacted] - Sudbury to look at a SUVWas told by [redacted] its in good condition but when I got there it had rust under doors, hood, trunkHad a tear in the door panel leatherWe liked the car still so [redacted] offered to fix all those imperfections and we bought the carSo we agreed and put it in the paperworkSigned and leftWaiting for saftey and work to be doneSome days later a driver drove the car to our place in [redacted] The body work was fixed very poorly, the door panel was just glued together (Not properly stitched)Called [redacted] but was just rushed off the phone and same story "I'll send it to you" etcMakes sense why I never received any receiptsIt was never done professionally, most likely done by himselfEven on the day of signing was rushed through paperwork where I was made to initial places that were not even filled outI am very disappointed and this has been the worst car buying experience for [redacted] meReally look and TAKE YOUR TIME people

When I purchased the *** , John said there was km on the *** went and bought a second hand package from *** it has km
I purchased this *** December 17/from the owner John of need a car in Sudbury OnJohn said that the km on sales receipt was 98000km .He sold me a Warrenty and he told me and my husband the Warrenty covers from head to toe so may 16,/the *** needed tie rod ends Warrenty wouldn't cover it Jun 10/16, May 13, the *** needed sway bar link rear suspension and sway bar frame bushings Warrenty wouldn't cover it June 28/the *** needs intake control motor and intake control valve June 24/*** had to get a diagnose poor engine Warrenty wouldn't cover it June 15/*** noise from rear end Warrenty wouldn't cover it April 18/*** needed sway bar bushings front suspension rear suspension Warrenty wouldn't cover it June 2/*** needed sway bar bolt Warrenty wouldn't cover it July *** needed bearings Warrenty wouldn't cover

I baught a *** *** from need a car days after having the vehicle I started experiencing problems with it I spoke to their sales associate about it and the next day their finance associate called me back demanding for the vehicle back I gave him the vehicle back the next day then asked for my money back witch he did not give it to meI have receipts prooving the money I gave them for the down payment for the vehicle I also have contract agreement as well I also had two witnesses that were with me
