although, he had enjoyed the benefits and  full use of our Bumperguard for that extensive time period of 10 months . Our product is a patented, automotive exterior protective product that is designed to absorb the everyday parking taps and hits that save our customers hundreds of dollars in expensive bumper repair.  Ofcourse as any outdoor product,the harsh outdoor elements , and times the Bumperguard is used and hit certainly  will affect its life period and is at the customers discretion how often and where they use their Bumperguard .In this particular case the customer had the full use of our product for 10 months ,and when our company was contacted ,our team,  in the spirit of good customer relations offered him a$10 discount on his replacement Bumperguard. Our company strives to offer an excellent product and we are under no obligation to replace a Bumperguard that has been used for 10 months and certainly with no previous complaint of any "defective" parts.We stand by our offer of a $10 discount if this customer wishes to replace his Bumperguard.Thankyou in advance for your attention to this matter.Bumperguard Customer Service
