that your complaint is contradictory in nature. You complain about a 5 year plan on month 1. You also suggest we needed a password to get into your computer while you say yourself that you noticed us "doing things" on the computer before your eyes. Please note once you provide us access to your computer a password may not be needed.
Anyhow we want all clients to be satisfied with our services and are happy to provide a full refund once we have found you to have been charged by our company. Please provide evidence accordingly.
