I am rejecting this response because: I picked up my damaged iPad on 6/21/where I was informed that the refund would appear in my bank account in the next couple days It has been five daysWhen I picked up the iPad, I was told I needed to sign a receipt for itThe receipt implied that I would be refundedI wrote on that receipt that while I was signing for the iPad, I had not yet received the refund ? As of 2:51pm today, I have not received that refundI have however received a receipt from the business owner saying that he has processed my refund during the last hour(I am guessing this is due to the increased pressure from the Revdex.com.) As of yet, that refund has not appeared in my accountI have checked to make sure that the card being credited had the correct account number on it [redacted] ***

I took my laptop into this company because it came with Windows on it and I can't stand windows nor could I figure out how to use it They told me they could take it down to windows 7, originally they quoted me that it would be done by the end of the day, but they I guess ran into a complication with one of the drivers they needed so they called and asked if it would be okay to have it one more day Upon picking up the laptop I was so excited to see something familiar, and not only did they revert it to windows 7, they installed virus protection (showed me how to use it) and malware protection (which they also showed me how to use) They went above and beyond and were reasonably priced I have seen a couple of people leave bad reviews, but a majority of them are good reviews and I decided to try them to keep my business local I highly recommend these guys

In regards to my complaint concerning the business "Tech Savvy D.O.Cs" I wanted to inform you that I have finally received a refund as well as my damaged unit, so I consider the situation resolved
I also wanted to extend my thanks to *** *** and everyone at the Revdex.com Without your intervention I honestly feel that the business wouldn't have responded to my concerns and I would have had no recourse to address the matter

Review: I dropped off my iPad Mini to repair a cracked screen. The iPad was working perfectly. Three weeks later, after several unreturned phone calls and terrible customer service, I was informed that it was damaged beyond repair. They offered to replace it with a used unit. I agreed. They said it would take a couple days. A week later, they failed to produce the replacement unit. I demanded a new unit or a refund. They agreed to return my damaged iPad and give me a refund. A week later I still have not heard back.Desired Settlement: I would like my damaged iPad back and a full refund. If they cannot produce the unit, a new unit (not used) would be an acceptable replacement. I would like this matter resolved within the week.
