Tech Savvy

Review: I dealt with an individual, [redacted], who claimed he was working with a shop called Tech Savvy. I contacted him through Facebook asking him to create a digital art piece of my fiance and I as a 1 year anniversary gift. There were specific details I wanted in the art piece, such as an apocalyptic background, battle gear on our bodies, and animal spirits in vapor form surrounding us. [redacted] promised a one week turn around for $75. The product took three weeks to complete and by the time it was finished, it was a regular characature with none of the specific details I had requested. After numerous times trying to contact [redacted] about the product and how it needed to be changed, he cut off all ties from me completely. The only contact I had was the business phone number, email, and paypal account I sent my money to. I contacted [redacted], who's name came up under the paypal email I sent my money to. As I contacted him about the matter, at first he said he would resolve it and talk to [redacted] and see what had happened with the product. After about a week of no response I contact him again and this time he brushed me off, saying [redacted] did not do the job under Tech Savvy and neither was it a Tech Savvy job and that he had not seen A[redacted], couldn't talk to him and that he would not be responding to me any longer about the issue. I feel confused and lost that I had trusted [redacted] mostly because he was linked to Tech Savvy and as an establishment I thought I'd be taken care of product wise. I feel that if [redacted] were to allow [redacted] to receive funds through his paypal account with Tech Savvy then he should have some sort of responsibility held for [redacted]'s business dealings.Desired Settlement: In all honesty, I would still want a quality art piece of what I requested. I doubt Tech Savvy will conjure up another artist to do what I requested so I would settle for a refund.
