On 4/4/ [redacted] , a representative of Tech Services told me he had repaired my personal computer which he claimed had been hacked by someone He claimed that his repairs would provide me with a lifetime security against all future attempts against anyone or anything infecting my computer For this service I was charged a total of $1, On Thursday, 7/14/this same individual called me again stating that he had been monitoring my account and someone had again hacked in to my account and removed all the security he had installed in April Of course this would cost another $to repairI explained I didn't have that much money and supposedly, he checked with his supervisor and he offered a fee of only $ I couldn't even afford that so ' [redacted] ' told me that because he had repaired my computer previously and I was his customer, he would give me his employee price of only $ I charged $to my Master Card I asked why or how anyone could have hacked my PC if it ha

We had an mutual settlement with the customer and we processed the refund we both agreed on & her Refund Cheque is on the way now she will get it in 4-Business days through regular US mail

I was trying to contact Yahoo with a problem with myAtt...I mail address I found them on yahoo search where they placed there phone as if they were working for yahooThey lied to me on the phone when they were asked if they were Yahoo I didn't know this at that time and found out later they lied Had I known this I would have let them in my computer I paided them $for what they did because they told me it was a lifetime planned everything on the computer would be coveredThen they told me only the network is coveredThey also used my e mail address without my authorization to lie about how I was satisfied with there workThey sent an email by logging into my email and sent it to the companyI am not satisfied and now I am terrified to use my computer thinking it was all a scam which I strongly believe it is a scamMy computer was one week old when trouble startedI bought Mcfee protection when I purchased the computer, I am not satisfied with the work

This company is a fraudScamed Lotof people, I am going to report them to the states attorney generals office!

The Customer name is *** ** *** , He asked for the partial refund of the amount that he have paid us for the services and we sent him the Refund cheque for $USD & we got the notification from our bank that the cheque is cashed now. So the customer
have the money that he asked for

Complaint: [redacted]I was requesting a refund of all the money I paid except for the $250.00 we originaly agreed to repair me e-mail. They said they would only refund me $300.00 which I received. I am requesting $350.00 more  refunded.

The Customer name is [redacted]  , We have already refunded him $300.00 Previously but now he is asking for some more refund.His total payment was of $790.00 and out of which he want to pay $250.00 As per his letter of complaint that we have received.So the total amount to be refunded is $540.00 out of $790.00 USD (Total Payment) and we have already refunded him $300.00 so the rest of the amount to be refunded is $240.00 USD. So we are going to send him the cheque of $240.00 today that he will get in 4 to 5 business days.
