I contacted Tech Source on Dec.16,the Arlo Wireless system was installed on Dec.17,2015.Ive had ongoing issues with this product
I paid $for a wireless camera system which was installed on Dec,17,2015.I was told after install and payment that the cameras ran on batteries..I questioned as to how often I would have to replace them reply from tech that they normally last 4-months.I had to replace batteries on Jan.21,2016.On Monday Dec.21,I called tech to let him know that cameras werent working,he called to tell me that he forgot to turn motions on and that he fixed it by using password that I set on day of install.Red Flag.On day of install tech downloaded Arlo application on my home computerhe failed to insure that it was working properly and make certain I was able to veiw cameras on it.My first attempt to log in ..incorrect password,My smartphone is only access.I contacted him weeks later concerning performance issues he explained thatsince I lived in burlington w

We have contacted this customerWhen we did the original install we asked her several times if she was happyShe stated that she wasShe also signed off on the invoice stating suchWe also advised her that this is a wireless system that she
would have to install battery's inWe explained the difference between a wired system and a wireless system before selling her the one she wantedI advised her that if we watched the wireless ones all the time than it would run her battery's down fasterWe can not and never agreed to keep coming every week to replace battery'sThe cameras are under a manufacturer warranty, but there is no issues with the camerasShe just watches them all the time and plays with the settings which she omitted to and now they run all the timeAlso this client omitted that once we did the install that she changed out the router in her homeThat made changes to her network and per our contract we do not support anything that she changes after we do the install or anything that we didn't sale herWe will not be giving any refunds back or Replacment of camerasWe have this in writing that the customer agreed tooWe have several star reviews from customers that we have done business for all over and never have an issue

I have not and would not ask this company to come every week to change batteries something I am capable of doing.I assume it was in the contract that he was under no obligation to make sure I was able to view my cameras on my home computer at time of install.I also assume it was in his contract as far as making appointment for warrenty fix we dont have to come because she had to replace her router.This company may have stars all over ..great reviews great customer service but he havent heard how many stars I would waste on this company and my review will be awsome.I assume also all the customers with all the stars and no issues are not the ones before me that contacted Revdex.com they must have been sitting watching their cameras all the time just as I supposivesly do
