My tech worked efficiently and was extremely thorough, in solving the problems at hand. I had another larger company come out to solve the problems, only to find none of the problems were resolved in the end, leaving me with the same issues, as before. Tech Squad solved all the issues for me, including ones I wasn't aware of. Koodos to the Tech Squad!

Francis at Tech Squad did a quick investigation of my computer and lost data on a portable hard drive. He provided options and a cost estimate for recovery if I decided it was worth it. Would gladly recommend him for future work.
