Similar complaint as other reviews... They mailed us 16 toner cartridges at $800 a piece. We are a small medical practice and have an account with a different medical supply company for toner. At the most, we go through one-two toner cartridges per year. When I called, I spoke with [redacted] who tried to convince me that I ordered 16 cartridges. Ridiculous! After arguing with him on the phone, he conceded and said he would send shipping labels so we could send half the supply back. He refused to give a refund on the other half that was paid for in error. Days went by, no shipping labels arrived. In the meantime, I spoke with our regular supply company and they informed me that Tech Supply broke off from their company and stole their accounts and that they are in litigation with Tech Supply. After several more phone calls and e-mails, I finally got a shipping label, but we are stuck with 8 toner cartridges that we NEVER ordered and will probably dry out before we get the chance to use them! Don't EVER do business with these shady people!!!!

Review: Another Toner Pirate scam, this one particular center received several calls regarding specific on site copier information, the caller in question was a woman, she was able to get the model # of the copier on site, a toner arrived, as did an invoice for almost $600.00

Our company has copier services and supplies contracted, no need to purchase, as well, as the toner sent retails on line for $79.00.Desired Settlement: After many phone calls and emails to this company (all went unanswered) we have since returned the toner, we have proof of delivery being made, we do not want them contacting this organization for any reason, actually Tech Supply Distribution should be investigated and operations shut down. They are not a legitimate company.

Review: I got a call from a lady pretending to be working in the company where we order toners. She said that the prices of the toners will soon go up so it was wise for our business to purchase the toner at this time. I specifically said to give us 1 toner for the SAME old price. She agreed. Toner was delivered to the office. 2 months after, I got an invoice for 1 toner from an UNKNOWN vendor for three times the price we pay. I called the company where we order our toners and she said she never made an offer to me and that she works in that office by herself. We know each other by name as I order our copier supplies from her. We also have a contract with them for our supplies. So we were scammed by this PLEASANT LADY. We are not paying for this toner because she did not comply to the agreement that we will get the toner for the same price. Also, she deceived us by pretending to be our vendor. I tried calling the phone number in the invoice but " the number you dialed is not in service". Since it was delivered, they can get the toner back from our office, if they want. Also, the invoice is really confusing. The date of delivery and the date of shipping is 1 month apart.Desired Settlement: We will pay for the toner if priced, as agreed.

Review: on 1/**/15, I received a bill for 3 boxes of toner 1587.00 (529.00 a box) from an unknown company. We always order from the same company so this was a red flag as we do not order from anyone outside of our current copier company. I called the company on the invoice, Tech Supply Distribution, Inc. (###-###-####) and spoke to [redacted] (is what he told me his name was). He tried to fast talk me, tried to convince me I ordered the toner on 12/**/14 ( I was on vacation that whole week) and once I would not feed into him trying to get me to keep the toner (for 129 a box as he said the amount was incorrect)he got angry and began accusing me of working for a company named Supply World whom they have a lawsuit with and that they put me up to calling him to return the toner. Nonetheless, the call got no where. We ended the call with him promising he would send me a label to ship back the toner and that he would void the invoice but I have not seen anything yet. I called back on the morning on 1/**/15, the same guy answered and said oh yeah I have your label right her I will send it to your fax and quickly rushed me off the phone. I have not seen anything yet!Desired Settlement: I would just like for this invoice to be voided I am happy to send back their toner and move on from this and to never contact my company ever again.
