Review: when I call them they informed that were support for [redacted]. when asked for information about my router that he would have enter my pc to get the information . when completed the scan the person try to sale to me repairs of my pc. when I asked about the router he told that he cannot give that information until he repairs. when ask for the supervisor he give the run around when I asked for the 1800 no# [redacted] they give a wrong no# when I told them that was not the no# for [redacted] they continual to give me the run around. so I called [redacted] and informed to call Revdex.com. thank youDesired Settlement: to make sure my personal information does not get released.
