Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:mThe person that sold me the product did not tell me there was options for itHe sold me the product telling me the camera would be able to rotate as the drone hovered.When I contact the owner he did not give me an option to take pictures and send to himThis is just another lieI have all the emails from himHe told me I could come back with an appointment to show him the fire damage.I would have gladly taken pictures for him.That still leaves the camera that was misrepresented to me Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:The owner never gave me an option of taking pictures of the item that caught on fireHe took the stand that I had to drive hours on appointment to take the product back to himI will take pictures and send them to him today.That still leaves the camera, I was told the product that I was buying had a camera that would turn while the drone hoveredThis is wheather he lied of didn’t know what he was talking aboutNone the less I took him at his word and bought the drone because of that
