Our customer service center has been in contact with [redacted], but has not been able to satisfy his request for a "step by step" tutorial on how to make his webcam work with his library's public internet.
Our Customer Service is not set up to teach users how to navigate the use of...

our products; they are there to replace faulty products and answer very basic questions. [redacted] is seeking a "technician", this is not a service we provide.
[redacted] was offered replacement and or refund, but has declined. 
There is no more that we can do for this customer.
Tech Universe has been manufacturing high quality computer accessories for over 5 years, and has never before received a complaint with the Revdex.com.

Review: I contacted [redacted] AND Tech Universe, regarding the technical assistance needed to use the Tech Universe USB 2.0 webcam, model TU1513. [redacted] is my e-mail service provider. The [redacted] logo is on the Tech Universe package, ostensibly specifying compatibility between [redacted] and the particular webcam. I have been granted permission by someone in charge of the public computers at the Newark Public Library, Newark, N.J., to use a webcam with the library's public internet access. The library therefore, does not block the function. PROBLEMS: [redacted] is not directly providing relevant, individual, customer service to explain a [redacted] function. 2. The camera icon does not appear on my e-mail pages, yet webcam use is supposed to be possible in [redacted]. 3. The webcam user manual is vague, not explaining at all, which buttons on the webcam to press, and when. 4. Responses from Tech Universe do not give clear keyboard-use instruction, and still do not explain what the manual should have explained. (Tech Universe mentions no phone contact.)5. The [redacted] menu does not appear when the messenger icon is clicked; only a list of addresses I have contacted.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted]! and Tech Universe, TOGETHER, to send me a individualized, clear, "button-push-by-button-push" explanation for using this product. I will not accept a refund for the webcam, and just go away quietly. My potential work requires the use of this webcam, and I will not invest in another. I may, in fact, harshly judge the technology, if this experience is not properly resolved.
