Laptop to arrive 2-6 days. Ordered 2/22/20. Not here and company does not respond.
Bought a brand new lap top. The package arrived way later than originally stated. Could not get any feedback from the seller on shipment status. In the end I received laptop but.., used one!!! With clear signs of damage and scratches. Sent another email to the seller for refund. No feedback. Now trying to get my money back using NYC Customer protection agency. Do you need such a headache?
