brought a phone in for repair, which was twice delyed. they ultimately finished the repair but used a defective part. I brought the phone back in, and they agreed to repair it but again, missed having it ready by the quoted date. I use this phone for work, and this has been beyond inconvienient. had they been honest about the repair time quoted from the get go I would never have gone there. every time I call its 'one more day'. when I quote a deadline at work, I stay late to meet it, especially when it is a result of my mistake (like using a defective, non factory-approved part)
