Review: I was unable to send more than 2 pics at a time from my e-mail.Had never had the problem in the past.my carrier sent me to tech2serve.They said it would be no problem to fix that and it would take 60minutes to fix.They had control of my computer for 5hours a day for two weeks.So much my [redacted] network sent me a letter saying I was going over my allow data time and are going to have to charge me more.The problem was never fixed in fact it is worse.They went ahead and charged my credit card.they have called and offered to try to fix it but after 20 plus hours its clear they cant.They never should of charge my card,nothing is fixed.Desired Settlement: refund and I will have someone else fix it in person.

Something happened with my computer, lost everything and need to see if they can get it fixed and find my information.

I have tried emailing them, and it comes back-invalid

Have called the number they have on their card and website every night for the last 4 nights and it says "sorry we cannot accept your call and phone hangs up.

I just don't know what To do. Paid them a lot of money to keep this contract.Desired Settlement: I don't know if something happened and that's why they're not responding. I would like them to contact me to repair the computer as I have a lifetime contract

Review: Sir or Madame:I know that this complaint will probably never get resolved; but, I must put this out there. People have to know what these crooks are doing to people. During the usual [redacted] Security Scan on my computer, I notice there are some unwanted programs on my computer. I decide to contact [redacted] to see if there was anything I should do.I searched online for the [redacted] Security Official phone number and called because I have had [redacted] Virus Protection for the past three years. These people answered the phone as [redacted], asked for my password, my email account information, and even took control of my computer. The entire time I think I am dealing with [redacted]. Suddenly, he tells me there will be a 160.00 charge for the work he is currently performing on my computer. I start asking what are you actually doing to my computer and he gets violently upset and I tell him to stop everything. I tell him, 'I never told you to do anything to my computer' and 'I want my computer exactly as it was before'. He says, "Your computer will be as it was before'. No luck! Tech2Serve intentionally disabled my computer! -I cannot access none of my desktop icons.-I cannot access my control panel.-I cannot access my internet.-He removed [redacted] Security.-He completely took control of my computer.Tech2Serve is a complete scam! He said he was [redacted],he asked for my password and started working on my computer without my consent only to gain complete control so I would have no other choice but to pay for their services. This is as about as crooked as they come! I do not want this to happen to anyone else.
