Review: I took my [redacted]s to smartfix on March 22nd 2014 also known as Techarmour to have the front glass fix because it was cracked.

They fixed within 30 minutes and it looked great, I even purchased a plastic cover from them to protect the glass.

One week later the right side of my phone stops working. The phone has not been dropped and shows no physical damage, so I become very concerned as to why my phone stopped working. I begin to see 5 lines going down the phone on the right side of the glass. So on March 28th 2014, I immediately return to the [redacted] location ([redacted] VA [redacted]) to have them look at it and fix it. They point out that the right side of the glass that they installed is slightly lifting from the unit. This immediately tells me that they made an error during installment. I ask them to fix it seeing that I am still within my 30 day warranty and they decline.

They decline to fix the phone stating that the glass lifting from the unit is physical damage, and I will have to pay for a new part but the labor will be free. I then took my phone to [redacted] to have them look at it, and they pointed out that there are 2 screws missing from the side of the phone where the glass is lifting! I am furious!

SmartFix/techarmour guarantees a 30 day warranty which will fix the phone as long as there is no physical damage. But what if the damage is caused by poor installation.Desired Settlement: I demanded they fix it for free, but since they have declined and have a poor track record for fixing phones, I want my money back.
