I do see that the Company is not a DOT COM but instead a DOT US
IF this is, as they claim, a different company, I will begin again
--- IF this Company Phone Number IS ***then they are NOT telling the truth
***is the Number associated with the following website http://www.techaspect.us/contact-us.html
This is the same number in my original complaint and can be found online

Further investigation shows again that the consumer is mistakenly identifying our company with some other company
The consumer paid the money to company by name "Techsavvy", so he should be filing complaint against that company name
The consumer supplied a website name "techaspect.us" that is not registered to usThe contact address on website shows Baton Rouge, LABut company search in company database of Louisiana shows no such companyA search on WhoIs for the above site gave the following information:
***We will work with godaddy to get the website down as they are infringing on our brand name

I think they did the right thing and the only reason I did not check the YES BOX as to resolution was I wanted to thank this Company and their efforts to do the right thing as well as protecting their own Brand Name as it has been shown they are NOT PART OF THE PROBLEM, THEY HAVE BECOME A SOLUTION, THANK YOU
As to Malewarrebytes, while you make a very good product, I'm very disappointed in your lack of care and actions
