TechCopy: In January, you shipped two Lexmark printer cartridges to me. When they arrived, the Lexmark packaging made it obvious you had shipped cartridges that had exceeded their shelf life. Print cartridges "dry up" when on the shelf too long, and that is exactly what you sold me. It wasn't until March that my current cartridges needed replacing. The moment I replaced with the two you shipped, I realized my fears were correct: The cartridges were too old - no ink - wouldn't print. Even the picture you display for your [redacted] listing shows the latest Lexmark packaging - but that is not what was shipped. You need to make this right, and refund my money. Your response to my first request was, "Order is past return window period."

The order number: [redacted], delivered 1/**/15 - expired cartridges received.

You are shipping expired product, and refusing to accept return, or exchange. Do you wish to make this right, or do I need to escalate the issue?Desired Settlement: Defective Merchandise was shipped. Refund $48.98. If you want the merchandise returned, add $15 S&H to the refund.
