Like I stated in the above complaint I want the $ 1,we paid when we set up the accountI also want the $ that is in my impound accountIf they want to cancel our account and we have done absolutely nothing wrong then we deserve to have a total refundWe would have worked this out with them a month ago if the owner would have just answered an email or phone callOnce they refund my money I will sign there cancellation paperwork and return it to them and this will be done

*** purchased a home in *** and it was financed by a relative, ***After close the mortgage was sent to our Loan Servicing department for collection, we have about accountsThis particular account was to have Impounds which means that in addition to the principal and interest the payment was to include a portion of the property tax and the home insurance so that when these items come due we pay themIn closing the Escrow an amount that was insufficient to pay the insurance when it came was delivered to us to set up the impound accountWhen we notified MrsGlenn that we needed more money to pay the insurance we found that she was unable to understand how the money that she sent us each month was applied and her confusion led to the future problemsWe did send a partial payment to the insurance agency in an attempt to keep the policy in affect as we sorted out the matter however the agency attempted an electronic transfer instead of depositing the check and our bank rejected it because the check was on an Escrow Trust account and the ACH process is not allowed on those types of checksEventually in order to bring order to our office it was decided that we should reject the account and return all money and documents to the partiesSubsequently instructions were prepared by us for that purpose and the money and documents were returned and the account was closedAs far as *** is concerned, any and all interest due her has been paid and we have not been informed by her that she is unhappy in any wayIn our final e-mail sent to MrsGlenn, August 26, 2015, we requested that she have *** contact us to discuss any matter that she may be unhappy withThat has not happened
