Fantastic company! A real pleasure to work with and they do amazing workThey handle all things exterior construction and gave me great quotes on my siding repairThey even gave me a deal on new seamless gutters when they saw an issue with them

Bottom line is that TECHeGO completed the work for which [redacted] was billed, offered to reduce the billing rate, and attempted to meet to discuss with this client to rescue the project. The project was cancelled when it was absolutely clear that there was no solution acceptable to this client.  We are still owed money for completed work.

We have attempted to resolve every issue this client has had. We have reduced his bills and worked tirelessly to make the situation right. Nothing that we have done has ever been good enough for him. This was our latest response to him to which he replied with nothing but disdain and combative...

demeanor.[redacted], I'm sorry to hear that we still disagree on this point.. I hope that I can clarify. The situation is this: We went through our normal process with your organization, did discovery, and completed a LOT of work on the project. However, there were a few bumps along the way that were unfortunate and caused you to be unhappy. [redacted] reached out to you personally to try and remedy that, and we decided to move forward. I was pulled off of corporate training management to get this project back up to speed, and am more than happy to move forward with that. The invoices that you have outstanding are for the work that was already completed. I do agree that it's unfortunate that you had to have your employees spend time on the phone with us, but I'm certain not all of that time spent was just for the problems. Some of that time spent would have been in regards to testing/altering and otherwise improving your system based off the input & feedback of your employees.I really would like to see this have a happy resolution.. I stated on the phone with you that I wanted to treat both sides fairly, and that is still true. That is why we're reducing your hourly rate, not only for the work that has been done but for the rest of the current project term. (I normally would not be pulled into a project under the scale of a $225-250 hourly rate.) I want to help you finish out this project but I do believe that paying the outstanding invoices would be fair. Entirely comping those invoices before we move forward would be giving you the entirety of that work for free. That isn't really manageable or fair in my opinion.. Especially due to the fact that I've already spent several hours of my own time getting caught up on this project so that I can best help you in moving forward. Like I said, I know that some of this situation has been unfortunate. That doesn't mean, however, that all of the work that has been completed was sub-par. If you move forward with me, I can personally guarantee that the quality of your work will meet your expectations. I enjoyed talking to you in our meeting and I can tell that we would work well together. I was already looking forward to the project.I suppose this is in your ballpark now. I'd really like to get this issue out of the way by the end of the day so that I can get back on track with preparing for your project. No hard feelings on my part either way, I know that you have a business to run and decisions that you have to make.Best of luck and best regards,[redacted]As you can see we have attempted to make everything right but due to this complaint we will be stopping all customer service efforts and will be canceling his project.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I just chose to “reject” the response because its so far off base on what happened.  There is no point in getting into detail.  This company cost us a lot of time and money.  They apologized multiple times and said they had to let some people go due to mismanaged accounts.  When the owner realized that I didn't “just want to pay less,” that my time was wasted and I wanted the project brought up to speed at there own cost, he did a 180.  Then everything was my fault, they did everything right and I was the difficult one. This is the challenge with remote businesses.  We found Tech-Ego because they were listed as a Podio partner on the Podio website.  They have since been removed from Podio's site as well.  Its not just us!
