Review: I was contacted by an online tech support group saying my computer had issues. At the time, my computer was frozen and unable to work. I signed up for their services as they said they could have me good to go. I agreed to pay 269.99. On 4/25/15, they processed the fee twice. 539.98 was removed from my account. It was processed according to my online bank account statement. When I called on 4/26, I was told to call back in one hour. I did. I was told to call back in an hour. I did. They told me to call back in 3 hours. I did. They said they would process my refund, but it would take 15 days. I talked to my bank who said they could dispute the charges for me which I will do. The primary reason I am sending this email is that several times, they mentioned they are recommended by your agency. On the website, there is Revdex.com prominently displayed which the technician told me stood for Revdex.com.Do you really recommend this company's services or was I scammed?Desired Settlement: I would like to see $439.99 returned to my bank account. According to the website, if I am not satisfied with the services, I can get my money back with the exception of $99.99. I would like to see them honor their online policy.Secondly, if you do not recommend this company, I question why they mention your agency as supporting their business practices. Perhaps a removal of the prominently displayed Revdex.com on their website might be in order if you do not in fact promote this company.Thank you.

Review: After having trouble with my lap top computer I called Toshiba Tech support they gave me the number to TechEscaltions. When I called them they asked for 369.99 for advantage support. I gave them my credit card number and 339.99 was charged. After being on the phone with them for 3 to 4 hrs they could not fix my lap top after asking for a refund they told my by E-MAIL that 339.99 would be credited back on my credit card. When it did not see it back on my card I called TechEscaltions back they told me by E-Mail that the could noy put the money back on my card so thay would send me a check so I sent them my P.O BOX address the check still did not reach me. I then called back and they needed my home address so I gave it to them they told me I would get it in 7 to 10 days. When I called back they told me that I would not get anything back I then asked to speak to her boss [redacted] she claim he was not in call back in 2 hrs when I called back I was told he would call me as of now no call back from them at all. I spoke to a number of people there to name a few MS Tn, [redacted] , [redacted] and Ms [redacted]. Each time I spoke to techescaltions was given the run around they refuse to let me speak to anyone in charge I was told on several occasions that no one was in or no one is available. I spoke very respectful each and every time I called them at one point they even did not whant to E-Mail me any information but I do have all E-Mails with them stating that they would refund my money in full and I have one E-Mail sending them my address.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund of 339.99
