Hi, After we spoke to the customer and agreed on giving her partial refundThe customer still disputed the charge with her back and got the credit of $from us So we don't think that any further action is left on our part Thank you Dave P***

because:
It is not true that the company tried to reach meWe are retired with my husband and there is always someone at homeWe also have an answering machine and there was no message from them and no missed calls from them
After receiving your letter - on Friday, 2/26/2016, I called the given number but I was told that the manager was out and he would call me back later that afternoonHe never called
But - and that was interesting - "Steve" from Microsoft called and told me that he received warnings from my computer and wanted to guide me through the process of fixing my computerI am absolutely sure it was a person from Techgenius It was exactly the same "talk", same words, same accent, that made me trust this company in the first place and let them "fix" my computerI trusted them, since they were from Microsoft, right? Big mistake and I admit itI refused this new "Steve" and waited for the call from the manager "Dave"He didn't
I called him on Monday, 2/29/I told him my story and he said that they didn't do anything wrong and they didn't call me a tell me that the agreement had to be re-doneHe said: "Some company got their hands on our customers' information and they called you and wanted more money." Interestingly, this new company was also based in India and used the same tactics, down to the same sentences and calling me "madam" It was curious that "some company" had my credit card number and new everything we talked about beforeAlso - how is that even possible? So, this is obviously a story they tell people to avoid responsibility for their actionsWhat reputable company looses customers' data and is OK with that?
After some talking, mostly on Dave's part, I got really tired of this and agreed that they would refund %, that is $ The initial fee was for years of service, but never mind thatI finally agreed since it has been too upsetting and I didn't want to talk to him anymoreThe money hasn't been refunded yet, as of 3:pm on March the 3rd.
I think this company is dishonest and if people don't complain more it is only because they wear us out with bizarre stories and high pressure.

We have processed the entire refund to the customer

We were unable to provide refund to his credit card and we are currently trying to direct deposit the refund to his accountRight now, I am on the phone with Mr***

PS; I just received a telephone call from Techgenius and I was told that
the $will be returned to me within to days

The transaction of $has already been cancelled and the money has been credited back to the customer's credit card just the way the customer wanted

After we spoke to the customer and agreed on giving her partial refund. The customer still disputed the charge with her back and got the credit of $199.99 from us.
So we don't think that any further action is left on our part.

The customer's paid amount has been fully refunded to the customer.

We have been trying to reach the customer for the past few days but the customer is not reachable.
We need to discuss this matter with the complainant before we initiate the refund from our end.
Alternatively customer can contact us at 1-877-778-7561.
