I placed an order on 2/13/15, ordering a sweatshirt, noting that the delivery estimate was 1-3 weeks. After waiting the three weeks, I attempted to contact them via e-mail FIVE times, with no response. I also tried the phone number on the site, which just rang and rang. I opened a dispute with Paypal and honestly, within seconds of doing this, I received an answer to my e-mail. This had a promise that the shirt would ship that day. Four days later, I finally received an e-mail saying the shirt was preparing for shipment. Here it is 3 days later, and it is still in PR awaiting shipment. I can accept that there are sometimes delays, but the lack of customer support is totally unacceptable. They took my money 5 weeks ago, and I have no shirt (never mind it is now spring, so my daughter won't be able to wear it much). NEVER AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE.
