Techmart 247 Technical Solutions Reviews (9)

Review: I have a paid contract with Techmart247 Tech Solutions my contract ends in 2015. I tried to call the # I have for them so they could walk me through the process of fixing my computer, well the phone #'s I have when you call it said that the service of this # has been suspended I paid 399.00 dollars for this contract in 2012 so I have no solution to my problem and lost over 400.00 with the tax and other things they charged in the process. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND THEY WERE GREAT BUT NOW WHAT IS MY NEXT STEP I would like them to call or let me in on what is thier problem. So I am reporting it like the Revdex.com said for me to do. HELPDesired Settlement: they can take off what I payed and get 1 year out of the 400.00 or call me to fix my pc I have the address also the phone # for them. Now I can not use my PC because of this problem it is running. HELP

Review: Approximately 3-4 months ago I found this company online and used them for technical support for computer issues. They convinced me to buy a one-year contract with them for $199.00 and within that year, anytime I needed computer services they access my computer remotely and fix the problem. I was also guaranteed that they would do maintenance to my computer every 2 months to keep it running correctly. I have had no maintenance done to date and I have left messages by both phone and e-mail for computer issues and they do not respond to anything. When you call their phone number, it rings endlessly for about 20 minutes before you get a machine to answer.Desired Settlement: I would like either a refund or the service that I paid for.

Review: I dialed the 1-888 number which I thought was the [redacted] computer technical support. I asked the service adviser if this was the [redacted] technical support and after verifying my model number and serial number of my computer, he assured me it was. I explain my issue I was having wiht a computer virus and the service adviser informed me that I had a service plan but the issue I was calling about was not covered under my service warranty and that I had to purchase an additional warranty to receive service for the matter I was calling about. I told the service adviser I only wanted a one time service fee because I would call the [redacted] customer service in the morning to resolve the discrepancy because I had to get the issue resolved tonight to complete my client's payroll. The service advisor informed me that I had to purchase a 3 year warranty or he could not help me. Despearate to not miss my client's payroll deadline, I complied and ordered the 3 year service so the technical service advisor could assist. Later I found out that my issue was covered by warranty and the service advisered lied. TECH suppport is not the [redacted] help desk. they are an entire different compmapny.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for $399.99 becuase the technical support adviser lied to me about this organization being the [redacted] tech support and my issues was not convered under my dell warranty. In addition the tech support lied about the only option that I had was a 3 year warranty. The technical support personnel advised me that the call was recorded so all of the statements I have written on this complaint should be documented in the recorded phone conversation.

I bought a 2-yr contract with them in June 2013 good until June 2015 and they did a great job cleaning my computer and installing an anti virus. But now the goons in India are trying to hack in again & I'm bombarded with spams so I call the toll free number, get a recording in foreign language only, so I email them and it's rejected. Now I find out from the Revdex.com that the company is no longer in business. I have more than a year of service coming according to my contract and what I paid for; they made no effort to inform me of this and/or refund the unused portion. Thieves.

Review: From about October 2013 I have been trying to contact someone by telepone or email to do maintenance work on

my computer per our contract. Up and until today, 11/11/2013 I have received a recorded message saying they are

having technical difficulties presently and asked to call back at a later date. The number on the contract is

1-888-794-1293, email: [email protected].

On this date I went on the Internet to find Techmart 247 Solutions LLC had Revdex.com complaint. I then attempted to

contact Techmart 247 Solutons and was cut off three times. On the forth try I was told I had the worng number.

The voice on the phone was the same as the earlier calls meaning I am now at a dead end.Desired Settlement: I want a refund in the amount of the remaing time per the contract of three months, form October 1 to December 31, 2013. The

one year agreement paid for is $199.99. That amount to be refunded is $50.00.

Review: Paid 550.00 for 2 years of service on 2 computers. only received 1 year and now can not get any one to answer the phone # that was given for contact.Desired Settlement: Would like at least half the money back or for them to fix our computer and give us our year of service that we still have coming.

Review: On April 29, 2013 I called 1-888-794-1293 which I thought was McAFEE computer technical support. I had purchased a service warranty in February 2013 good for one year. Verified that it was McAfee support. Was having computer problems. I explained the problem (slow and viruses showing up) and had to tell support person the computer information. (Kind, model number, etc.) Was sure problems were covered by warranty. After technician took over my computer I was told it did not cover what was wrong. I needed to purchase more coverage. I wanted a one time fix, nothing really costly. I was told they only had a three year warranty that was $399.99 or they could not fix the problem. Wanting the problem fixed I paid the amount thinking it was McAfee computer technical support and all would be fine from there on. Do not use my computer a lot and started having Microsoft problems after a while. Called Microsoft number and spoke to technician who after getting all my computer information informed me I had no McAfee or any computer coverage. I explained I purchased coverage from McAfee in February and upped the coverage in April. Support person said I had purchased something from Techmart 247, which didn't cover any warranty problems. I was lied to and mislead by this company.Desired Settlement: I want a refund either check or money back into checking account because support person lied to me representing themselves as McAfee stating nothing could be done unless I purchased the three year coverage.

Review: I have a 3 years unlimited technical warranty, unlimited free tune Ups, free lifetime antivirus. At $299.99 Plans start at 5/15/12 to 5/15/15. I suspect that they have went out of business or I have been scammed. When I call [redacted] I get a recording not in English and hangs up and when I send an email ([redacted]) I received a failure notice. How can I resolved this?Desired Settlement: I will like a legitimate free technical service for the duration of the plan terms until 5/15/15; or some type of compensation for the loss of the terms.
