Truly I am sorry for this experienceI dont like this at all that [redacted] isn't happy with our companyI am a small business owner and pride myself on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and have a good name and reputationI except full responsibility for this situation even though there were some circumstances outside my control [redacted] was scheduled for a windshield replacement yesterday Wednesday, February I called [redacted] and got her voicemail [redacted] lives in [redacted] IN and is too far to drive out with out receiving confirmation she would be thereMy call center called me informing me she was wondering where we were atI told them to relay the message I tried calling her but had no answerWhen I looked through my call records I realized I made a mistake and was digit off on her telephone #Truly I am sorry for thatI should have paid more attention and realized my mistakeI'm very frustrated by my lack of attention to detail in this particular case because I have now lost a customer [redacted] in my call center had called me and told me the customer had rescheduled for Friday but wanted to know if we could possible come to a different address in [redacted] on ThursdayI said no problem and I would call the customer to confirm the detailsI didn't realize [redacted] relayed the message to [redacted] that I would be calling her back within the hourThat was simply miscommunicatedThis morning around 9am I called [redacted] on both #s I have on file and left a voicemail on bothI want [redacted] to know that I truly care for her windshield needs and I want to make this rightI would be willing to lower the price $as well as putting brand new wipers on her vehicle a $value for free as well as free mobile serviceFeel free to contact me directly if there's anything I can do to make this rightMy direct line here at our store is [redacted] Warm regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Most all of what they said is falseThey did not ever tell me that I needed to keep my car in a garage and I would have remembered because I do not even have access to a garageWhen they replaced my windshield there was no storm for many weeks for this was in early September, and I did not drive my car for several days after it was replacedThey first replaced my windshield after missing two different appointments which come to a major inconvenience to me because I have to work around my class scheduleThey missed yet another appointment to fix the seal that had come off the windshield and did not come to fix it for almost two weeksNow in January I am back in town for school and over the break I found that the seal was not installed properly because I am getting ice on the inside of my windshield whenever it freezes over nightI called and scheduled an appointment when I got back for the next week and they then missed this appointment also because it snowed and they said they were unable to get through the two inches of snow to the next town after the snow plows had cleared the roadsI also never took my car to [redacted] Chevrolet to have it inspected because I don't see the need to drive fifty miles to Provo to have this done and also because I thought that technaglass would be professional enough to come fix the job that they didn't completely finish in the first placeTechnaglass has not tried to contact me to try and inspect my car at all, the only times that we have had contact to set up appointments are when I call themI have not received any phone calls from the company since the first appointment I tried to set up in the beginning of January Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We have attempted to contact the customer multiple times since this customer had filed the Revdex.com Complaint, the customer is not responding, We need to be able to come to the Customer's vehicle to fix this issue and the customer has not been at the appointment sites times nowWe are MORE than willing to correct this issue, TechnaGlass stands behind all of our workPlease have the Customer Contact Wade at, # ###-###-####, at his earliest convenience so that we can resolve this issue for the Customer

Hello!I am the Owner of Techna Glass in CincinnatiI appreciate ***'s business and am sorry he is having an issue with the top moulding on his daughter's vehicleI have spoken with *** about this issue on several occasionsAll of our installs include a lifetime warrantyIf there's ever
an issue all warranty work simply must be brought back to our storeThis is standard with any auto glass company and their policiesNot only would my shop foreman personally fix the issue and correct it, but I would also be able to put eyes on the issue to see what has gone wrong and why the issue occurredIn this case I am not able to do that. I spoke to *** today, and told him I would make an exception for him, go against our company policy and come mobile to correct the issueI have him scheduled to go mobile tomorrow May 7, to his daughter's schoolI would only agree to this if *** agreed to take down the negative reviews he has posted about my company on the major search engines including *** *** *** ***I need *** to know, all our work has a lifetime warrantyWe stand by this warranty and our work 100%We have an A rating with the Revdex.com, and an A rating with *** ***We have very positive reviews on the search engines, all of which I have worked very hard to develop this reputationAnytime a customer has an issue with our work, we will stand behind it but I simply ask for the customer to bring it back at their convenience to be corrected. This is a family owned business and bad reviews really hurt our companyI ask that after my installer goes mobile tomorrow and *** and his daughter are satisfied that he please take down the negative reviews.
