Hi,To start I would like to make it clear that I went to tailors that saw the tuxedo on me and at no point did anyone open up the tuxedo as you are staying in your responseAt no point did anyone ever ask me to go into any showroom as I never even went into a showroom to purchase this product it was all done in my homeYes Mr H*** tried to claim he will do the correct thing after the fact when it is too late as the wedding is September ** and Mr h*** knew this from the startTo make a statement and say you waived the rush fee is as there was additional fee for itAdditionally you state that your suit is half canvas when even that is as you are using infused garbage that you can clearly feel, additionally Mr h*** assured me he would use full canvas on my tuxedo. See text with owner on September * where he asks to remake something and I advised there is no use as I needed it for my wedding and he understood as his response was "ok that's fine..."Take a look at every other complaint and see how everyone has the same type of issues with the company and they defraud customers out of there moneyI want to make it very clear I do plan on going to the US Attorney to investigate Book a Tailor if we cannot get this resolved in a civil mannerIt's very unfortunate that people that come from the same background and call them self *** give the rest of the *** community such a bad name when in reality it's only a few rotten apples

I never told them a have a "weird body shape". Whoever wrote this didn't talk to me. I sat my phone on the desk where the clerk could see me recording what their rep said. In the recorded conversation there is no mention of a "weird shape". My shape has nothing to do with the shirt being too small. Also they only remade the shirt once and the second one was as small as the first. Actually the sleeves wouldn't even close on the second one. I have photos to prove it. If they just send me my full refund refund timely (soon) we can part ways and I will never buy another shirt from them again. Then they don't have to be bothered by my "weird shape". Maybe instead of being nasty to me, they might want to read the comments on their [redacted] page and their Revdex.com rating and adjust their business practices accordingly.

Hi,First and foremost, [redacted] instead of bringing his tuxedo to us to fix for him, he took it to another tailor who opened up the jacket, of which is in automatic violation of our Return Policy, of which I've attached. Secondly, if [redacted] requested for a full canvas suit, we would have told...

him that we do not provide full canvas garments, because all of our tuxedos/suits are half canvas, of which within Custom Clothing is a much better option to have for many reasons. We did rush [redacted]'s suit to arrive within 10 days of the date of purchase of which we waived that fee of $100 for him.We asked [redacted] to please come into our showroom once he contacted Mr. H[redacted], so that we can identify the issues with his tuxedo, of which as you see in his complaint, he did not cooperate by telling Mr. H[redacted] to "come pick up his product, that I don't need". We do not do door to door service for our customers, but we do urge them to come into our showrooms for us to identify any issues and try to fix them. In the case, that we can not fix the issues, we will always remake the garments. Specifically, with our wedding clients, we are extremely cautious of time and the need of perfection because of the extremity of these types of occasions in someones life.Today, checking in our system, [redacted] never gave us a chance to make this right, because we see that there were no repair attempts, which is the same thing we stated to [redacted] in his attempted charge back.Thanks,[redacted]
