Yesterday, July 2, after three phone calls, the program I ordered and paid for on June was finally installed on my computer For the first time I got phone connections where their live voices were not garbled For the first time I had a tech (named ***) who was able to take care of the issue It still took about an hour and a half - but it finally works Eight hours of hassle still seems a bit much for a $program Since I lodged the complaint, I felt it only fair to notify you of the resolution [redacted]

This client has already installed and activated the product and has been using it ever since purchasing it. Furthermore a product cannot be installed and activated if it is a fraudulent license key, in addition the client is making false accusations and incorrect statements. Namely, our company is...

authorized and a partner with Adobe and Volume license keys are legitimate. The client started a chargeback request with their credit card company Amex, we allowed it and the transaction was refunded. This case has already been resolved, the client already received a refund, dispite their dishonest practice and spiteful behavior.

care of the issue.  It still took about an hour and a
half - but it finally works.  Eight hours of hassle still seems a bit much
for a $93 program.  Since I lodged the complaint, I felt it only fair to
notify you of the resolution.
