Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  In September of 2014 when the car was brought into techni auto the mechanic advised that he works with a transmission shop located down the street  from his shop  in Roselle Park. Where he said he will bring my car to get the transmission rebuild.(based on the relationship he had with my father, I agreed.).Techni auto charged me $3400 for the repairs. And stated in my receipt that I have a.1 year or 12k mile warranty , and that I must bring in the car periodically NOT every 2 or 3 weeks to be checked. Tecni auto also told me that if anything goes wrong with the transmission they will be responsible for the repair within the 1 year or 12k miles.warranty. I brought the car back to techni auto in December 2014.with transmission problems again . Then techni auto kept my car for 1 week while diagnosing the issue. Then after another week techni auto advised me that he. (Without my consent.)  Had send the car to Bronx,NY to have  the transmission repaired again, which I have text messages from this incident. The video in question shows my car parked outside a random mechanic shop and him driving the car. At no point in the video it shows any type of repairs. Which clearly techni auto admitted in the respond that the transmission was not rebuild in December 2014. In March 2015 I towed the car to tecnic auto and after them checking the car told me that tbe transmission was not the issue. Instead told me the issue was that motor oil was mixing with coolant. And that I should take it to [redacted] dealer to get fixed.

The auto repair for his vehicle was done on 8/22/2014, in the invoice given to the customer we specify: '' the warranty is one year or 12000 miles, customer must bring the vehicle periodically to the shop in order to cover warranty". Customer sister came to pick up the vehicle and we told her that...

is VERY IMPORTANT he bring the car every 2 or maximum 3 weeks. Customer came on march ( 6 months later) because the vehicle transmission begin to fail again. Customer lost warranty because he never came to shop to follow up.
