Note: We were formerly named Landmark Aviation until 2/16Customer Complaint ID [redacted] Dear sirs,I am writing in response to the customer complaint designated as ID [redacted] in your systemThe customer was contacted by our MRO V.Pand from that discussion the decision was made to give the customer a full credit of the (TKS) de-ice fluid he was billed forOn 1/21/the customer was credited back the entire amount of that TKS fluid to settle the customers issue in an effort to make this right for himAlso, in order to prevent this type of issue from happening again, we decided to change the way we bill that particular fluid out and will be using quarts now instead of gallons as we were in the pastWe apologize for the negative experience of this customer and have made adjustments in our company’s process to prevent this from happening again.Regards,Scott [redacted] | Aircraft Services Manager [redacted]
