No, your looking at the image from last year, not today's; she then showed us on the correct image where my fusion wasWe asked (pointedly) if I have documented fusion and she stated yes I didBNA became out of network through our insurance so I began seeing another surgeon; two weeks ago (June 30th 2016) it was discovered that my screws are broken and my hardware has failed at C6/as I have zero fusion at that level, I am scheduled for a revision next week; they will take out the hardware they can anterior and also go in posterior to reinforce and add another level- too detailed to explain thoroughly)When I called BNA and was emphatic I speak with DrRajpal to explain what happened I instead received a call from EricaI explained to her what happened and that I just wanted to inform DrRajpal so he and his staff would be aware of such a problem, she became verbally combative (my husband was horrified while listening over speakerphone) she then stated there was nothing in my records stating I had fusion only that I was upset about not being contacting that our insurance would be out of network and that she didn't recall the appointment or the conversation with myself and my husbandI cannot speak to others experiences but it says a lot in the fact that I have met other patients from BNA that were told they were fused and suffered hardware failure because they were not fused
