This claim was reviewed by our Quality Engineer once the consumer sent the sample This was this was the finding.Water infiltration is strongly evident Rust/oxidation is everywhere inside the lamp and on the PCB Only water or some other fluid would cause this There is no component in our lamps that has enough liquid volume to drip out of the lamp and into a Playstation and cause it to fail See photo attached that indicate the condition.TCP understands the concern but this is not a warranty or defect as the bulb was subject to some other condition to cause the bulb to fail with some sort of liquid infiltration Thus the consumer was informed this is not a product claim A free replacement lamp was sent as a courtesy, but the claim for a playstation was deniedRef TCP Claim QA# ***
