Technical Difficulties, LLC.

The worst experience ever, don't get these guys, they are very rude, DO NOT CARE about customer AT ALL and do bad quality work.
I bought an expensive Samsung washing machine in 2012 and 3 years later was told that whole drum and some other parts had to be replaced. Since I was few months out of warranty, after much talking, finally Samsung agreed to provide parts and I had to cover the labor. Samsung gave me no choice, but to go with their "approved service provider", which was Technical Difficulties". This service provider insisted, that they needed to take my unit to their shop for repairs and that it would take one day to fix it. Result - after constant calling and fighting I finally got my machine back after 10 days. Delivery guys were ok. After a month of that major repair (~$1000) started hearing noise in spin cycle and it was getting worse as weeks passed. Finally decided to call back in to Samsung after 94 days (~3 months) and was told that my repair warranty was for 90 days, so they will do nothing, unless Technical Difficulties owned up to the issue. When Samsung called Technical Difficulties, they were told that I refused their in house service (absolute lie, I actually wanted them to do service in my house) and they will not go back to service me :). So here I am sitting with 3.5 year old washing machine with major repairs completed already and right now is on the path to fail any week AND nor Samsung or Technical Difficulties would own up to the issue.
MORAL: DO NOT HIRE Technical Difficulties for your repair needs, DO NOT BUY Samsung appliances, especially washing machines - very poor quality!

Very poor experience with this company and our washing machine. 1st visit could not properly diagnose the problem. 2nd visit did not have the proper tool for our particular LG washer. The said they had to take the unit but they would fix it that night and contact me the next morning to schedule delivery. No call all day. I called late PM the next day and the tech said they are still working on it and they would call when it was done and they were ready for delivery. 4 calls and 2 days later they finally got the washing delivered. Very poor communication
