Unsanitary Complaint
The Hotel was aware and did not communicate that were having sewage issues
We checked into this hotel on Friday, July around 4pm As we arrived in the room, the smells was very unbecoming We requested a room change that was unsuccessful We visited the restaurant for appetizers as we waited to leave for dinner We left the hotel for dinner When we returned, our daughter was sick and threw up several times As the night progress the smell got worse and worse During check out around 11am - we requested the manager which the lady at the counter said she was the manager We asked if they had some sort of sewage problem as the room really smells bad she confirmed that they did have a sewage problem and it was being drained why we had this issue We asked why was not the guest not communicated of this issue and she did not have an answer and said she will have the general manager call us Two days later and no one called us I'm concerned that my da
