Louis A, General Manager, and Tech, Kyle, were servicing a A/C unit next to mine at our condo complexThey notified me that my outside unit was froze up They performed troubleshooting at no cost and advised that my refrigerant (R22) had leaked out most likely from the coil unit As the coil replacement and recharge would cost approx.$they recommended a new unit and provided an estimate of $ I called my service company and they determined there was no loss of refrigerant and the freeze was due to an issue with the de-humidistatThe fix took only minutes and was done at no chargeI do not believe the these Tech Services people are incompetent I think they knew exactly what they were doing and ready to take advantage of an unsuspecting customer

My friend of years contracted a job trusting the Revdex.com on your site and on all their papers I am well aware of construction as I have been a sub for many years to a number of companies I was told I am not aware at all I have gotten quotes for their exact work The difference in cost was to to This company is WAY OVERPRICED I called and was berated as soon as I questioned their cost We even have a contract for 20% off WOW They have been year after charging for a filter said she can not be reached (year old at home 95% of the time) Never left message Was told this is cost As to the contract there is a note at the bottom customer was aware and agrees to replacement at this time Do you see the RED FLAG Though she is doing ok it is well known her cogniscence is of question, and so demonstrated by the need to include that comment! She paid for a uv light install, cleaning, galvanize LOL, filter

As the coil replacement and recharge would cost approx.$3000 they recommended a new unit and provided an estimate of $5852. I called my normal service company and they determined there was no loss of refrigerant and the freeze was due to an issue with the de-humidistat. The fix took only minutes and was done at no charge. I do not believe the these Tech Services people are incompetent. I think they knew exactly what they were doing and ready to take advantage of an unsuspecting customer.
