Review: Tech left my computer in worse shape than when he began. Overcharged for doing essentially nothing, but "running tests" on another related computer. Problem was a fabricated issue with internet provider that simply did not exist. Suggested protection and cleaning downloads caused more damage to computer and helped, damaged may be irreparable. Refuses to return follow up calls. Computer barely operates now, and is at risk of crashing for good. Never e-mailed promised receipt for service. Respect for this company has waned. Will never let them touch my computer again. Nor will I recommend them to others. Ask for refund of service visit charge. May consider asking for compensation for new computer.Desired Settlement: Refund of service charge requested. Considering requesting replacement costs for new computer.
